Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Austin, Texas is seeking a CNC Machining Production Manager to lead all production activities in high-precision and large-format machining. You will balance manpower, machine capacity and technical complexity to deliver high-precision components on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 8 years in technical manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong English communication, and a focus on safety and quality in an ITAR facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of factory experience in a technical manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machining, complex test processes, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment difficulties.
• Strong track record in capital investment planning, budget administration, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the CNC machining floor to meet production schedules, quality targets, and cost objectives.
• Regularly monitor resource capacity and manpower requirements to ensure alignment with customer delivery commitments.
• Support the transition of New Product Introductions (NPI) from the engineering phase into sustained, high-efficiency production.
• Monitor machine health and oversee Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and maximize utilization.
