Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, including milling and turning operations.
- Experience leading production teams in a machining or precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to develop employees, build teams, and drive performance.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and workforce management.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a CNC machining environment.
- Manage production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and production employees.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Support cross-training and workforce development initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
