Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure CNC and related manufacturing equipment operate efficiently in a Houston environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma. A minimum of 3 years in CNC maintenance is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in CNC machine maintenance or related field.
Hands-on experience with CNC control systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Ability to read and interpret machine error messages and technical information.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment problems.
Analyze machine error messages and information provided by machine operators to identify failures.
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment as required for repairs.
Use testing and diagnostic equipment to identify machine malfunctions.
Clean, lubricate, adjust, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
Inspect machine parts and components for defects or wear.
Operate repaired machinery to verify that repairs were completed properly.
Maintain records of parts and materials used and coordinate replacement parts as needed.
Perform other maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
