Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or CNC maintenance.
• Strong understanding of CNC controls and systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading.
• Mechanical precision and alignment capabilities.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and calibration equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, and related equipment).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose issues in CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar).
• Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime through quick repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
