Job summary

Pro-Tops Inc, based in Monroe, NC, is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep fabrication equipment at peak performance and minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled systems while supporting production goals safely and efficiently.

Day shift with overtime as needed. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, reading schematics, and coordinating with production teams to schedule work during low-impact

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CNC equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures on fabrication equipment (bridge saws, CNC machines, polishers, conveyors).
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
Replace worn components and adjust machinery to factory specifications and safety standards.
