Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Sedalia, Missouri is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery, machining centers, robotics, and related equipment.

You will perform preventative maintenance, update CMMS records, and respond urgently to downtime to maximize uptime, working with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC machines, robotics, and machine tool equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and electrical test equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, machining centers, and robotics.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and record activities in CMMS.
• Interpret schematics and technical documentation to diagnose issues.
• Respond quickly to machine-down situations to minimize downtime.
• Provide daily maintenance updates and status reports.
