Jobot is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in Pineville, NC. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and automated equipment, with preventive maintenance to maximize uptime in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability
