Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing high-end CNC machine tools (aerospace-grade experience strongly preferred).
Demonstrated expertise in CNC diagnostics, schematics, and precision measurement.
Strong troubleshooting skills with tight-tolerance equipment and processes.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond quickly to urgent issues.
Resume must clearly list major CNC machine brands worked on (e.g., Haas, DMG MORI, Okuma, Matsura, Fanuc, Nakamura-Tome).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on CNC machine tools.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
Execute machine alignments, calibrations, and precision adjustments.
Diagnose and repair PLCs, servos, spindles, ball screws, and motion systems.
Minimize downtime through fast, accurate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to support equipment reliability and performance improvements.
Document maintenance activities and recommend long-term reliability improvements.
