Job summary

Jobot is seeking Maintenance Technicians with CNC machine experience in Modesto, CA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts, welders, and CNC equipment, with limited direction, ensuring uptime and safety.

Work closely with the Production Manager and Shop Foreman to schedule routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC experience and can operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience with CNC machines and shop equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with forklifts, welders, cranes and hoists is preferred.
Capable of working with minimal supervision and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Coordinate routine maintenance of shop equipment with Production Manager and Shop Foreman.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and other shop equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, vehicles, and trailers.
Inspect facility for maintenance needs and report improvements.
Recommend measures to improve machine performance and safety.
Carry out other related duties as assigned and work with minimal supervision.
