Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn and operate machine shop equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must have own tools and be capable of basic welding.

Responsibilities

• Performs service, troubleshooting and/or repairs to processing equipment and their operating mechanisms.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and ordering of necessary parts for maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Uses a variety of hand tools and equipment such as drill motors, saws, pipe cutter, spray gun, welding machine, burning torch, etc.
• Maintains shop in clean and orderly condition.
• Ability to learn the functions and operations of all machine shop equipment.
