Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Bridgeport, MI, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair CNC machinery, perform scheduled maintenance, and support production with equipment redesigns as needed.

The role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics, a high school diploma, and familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Journeyman’s card is preferred; a forklift and aerial lift cert are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing mechanic experience.
• Journeyman card desirable; licenses/certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair CNC machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Assist with installation, calibration, and setup of CNC equipment.
• Communicate findings and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Maintain safety and continuous improvement practices.
