Job summary

Entegris in Decatur, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II on all shifts to support production by performing advanced CNC maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors to maximize machine reliability.

Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, repairing CNC equipment (EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, robot loaders, Mazak, Gardner, GF+, Chevalier, Takamaz), diagnosing machine tool issues, programming PLCs for Fanuc and Mazatrol, and leading PMs with OEMs.

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
1+ Years Machine Tool Maintenance background.
Familiarity with rebuilds utilizing Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation.
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of ball screws, worm gears, transmissions.
Electrical aptitude and knowledge of safety circuits, timers, HMIs.

Responsibilities

Work on equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs.
Service CNCs including EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, robot loaders, machine tools.
Self-diagnose highly technical Machine Tool problems and lead repairs.
Program PLC ladder logic to diagnose and repair Fanuc and Mazatrol machinery.
Establish communication protocols for drip feed programming parameters and PMC backups.
Lead facility capital projects and FMEA to improve manufacturing process.
Schedule PMs with OEM experts and complete repairs on time.
Operate Lathe and Mill for custom fabrication.
Update SOPs, inventory management and MTBF documentation.
