Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Decatur, TX is seeking a Machining Maintenance Technician IV to provide advanced CNC maintenance services, with a focus on maximizing machine reliability and minimizing downtime.

The role involves hands-on repairs, coordination with vendors, and participation in PMs and capital projects. You will work with several CNC brands, diagnose complex issues, and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years machine tool maintenance background.
• Familiarity with rebuilds utilizing Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude for CNC systems.
• Experience with Fanuc and Mazatrol machinery.

Responsibilities

• Work on equipment installation, relocation, upgrades and repairs.
• Service CNC types including EDM, wire saws, laser engraving, robot loaders.
• Diagnose and repair machine tool problems and lead repairs.
• Program PLC ladder logic for Fanuc and Mazatrol controls.
