Job summary
PROENERGY seeks a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at our Houston, TX facility. You will perform precision installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machinery, using CMMS to manage work orders and inventory.
You will apply oil sampling, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging to predict failures and drive preventive maintenance. Candidates should have 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience, strong reading of schematics, and the ability to work safely in a
Qualifications
- 5+ years CNC maintenance experience.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Proven troubleshooting and repair abilities on CNC machines.
Responsibilities
- Repair CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Research machine issues using manuals and vendor resources.
- Perform precision alignments and use CMMS for daily updates.
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance tasks.
