Job summary

Novolex is hiring a CNC Maintenance professional in Cedar Rapids to perform preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and laser systems. You will respond to breakdowns, coordinate with OEM technicians, and support continuous production.

Requirements include 1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience; an A.A.S. in CNC maintenance is a plus. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with climate-controlled facilities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience.
• A.A.S. degree in CNC maintenance is a plus.
• Experience using preventative maintenance work order software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on CNC equipment with urgency.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on CNC equipment in a timely manner.
• Work with OEM technicians to troubleshoot/resolve issues and also learn about the equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
