Novolex in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a CNC Tool Crib Attendant to support our CNC mills by setting up tooling and preparing tooling inventories for operators. The role runs Monday–Friday in a climate-controlled environment with competitive pay progression.

The pay scale starts at $28.94 per hour with increases to $30.88 per hour over 12 months, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with machine tooling.
• Ability to understand work instructions and tooling set-up drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machine tooling in a timely way so it is ready for operators.
• Set up CNC machine tooling accurately so the operators have no issues.
• Complete other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
