Mizuho OSI in Union City, CA is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair vertical and horizontal machining centers, lathes, and related equipment. You will work with the Machine Shop Manager and Engineering to maximize OEE, support Kaizen and Six Sigma, and ensure safety and quality while documenting maintenance activities.

This role requires experience with Fanuc/Celos/Haas/Mitsubishi controls, strong reading of schematics, and a proactive problem-solving

Formación

• AA Degree or Technical Cert with 2–6 years of experience for technical roles.
• HS Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Celos, Haas, and Mitsubishi.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maximize OEE and prolong machine life.
• Analyze machine errors and alarm codes to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to standardize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
