Qualifications

Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Experience repairing Niigata and Mazak CNC equipment is required.
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with CNC control systems.
Knowledge of safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair complex CNC machinery down to component level (Niigata, Mazak).
Perform preventative maintenance and parts replacement to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot CNC control systems, servo/spindle drives, PLCs, and sensors.
Repair mechanical systems including ball screws, linear rails, and gearboxes.
Maintain accurate service records and PM logs.
Collaborate with operators and programmers to minimize production impact.
