RISE Armament, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own the preventative maintenance program and perform repairs on our CNC equipment, primarily Makino and Haas. You will contribute to keeping production running smoothly by diagnosing issues and coordinating specialized support when needed.
You will also maintain supporting production equipment and handle general facility maintenance while following strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and ensuring a clean, organized work
Qualifikationen
- Hands-on maintenance of CNC machining equipment.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
- Experience reading manuals, schematics and technical docs to diagnose problems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and priorities.
Aufgaben
- Own the preventative maintenance schedule for CNC machines and production equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on Makino and Haas CNC machines and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Service and repair supporting production equipment like laser machines and tool setters.
- Handle general facility maintenance including plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and keep a clean work area.
