Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Journey-level card for Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years CNC machine repair experience including troubleshooting of CNC metalworking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support production by providing immediate response to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Repair machine components using advanced welding techniques.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and TPM-driven continuous improvement.
• Train production staff on basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment including robotics and conveyors.
• Ensure spindle alignment, machine tool leveling and geometries.
