Job summary

Diamond Precision in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair CNC mills and lathes on 1st or 3rd shift. Prior experience with vertical and horizontal machines is preferred; training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, repairing parts, and keeping accurate maintenance records while collaborating with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred in CNC or Industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Robotic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines.
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
