Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
• Ability to read part manuals, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Diagnose, identify problems, and efficiently effect repairs on production equipment.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Office computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Works within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach.
• Performs routine day-to-day activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment.
• Assist and direct in the movement and installation of production equipment.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
• Work with Maintenance team to maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.
• Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose problems using schematics and trouble-shooting guides.
• Assist in moving and installing production equipment and maintain parts inventory.
• Mentor lesser skilled maintenance personnel and follow HSSE guidelines.
