Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift role in Sedalia, MO. You will perform precision maintenance on CNC machinery, diagnose across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and document work in our CMMS.

You will use oil sampling, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging to predict failures and drive preventive maintenance, reporting to the Director of Maintenance. On-site work at 2001 Proenergy Blvd., Sedalia, MO 65301.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Industrial mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Experience with electrical test equipment.
• Forklift/similar equipment operation.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Repair CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Reference manuals, schematics and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Perform machine alignments using conventional, laser, or electronic methods.
• Utilize CMMS and generate daily activity reports.
