Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift at our Sedalia, MO facility. The role focuses on precision machine installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC and manual machinery.

You will use CMMS to log activities, perform preventive maintenance, and leverage vibration analysis, oil sampling, and thermal imaging to predict failures. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair CNC and manual machinery, robotics, and machining centers.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read machine tool manuals and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance using CMMS.
• Verify machine alignments with precision tools and methods.
• Maintain safety and rigging practices on site.
