Qualifications
- Experience in machine repair and maintenance with CNC equipment.
- 1–3 years of experience managing people.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control technology.
- Familiarity with safe equipment practices and regulations.
- Experience with precision tools and measurement instruments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to lead and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Program, maintain, and repair CNC equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and analyze schematics.
- Minimize downtime by performing preventive maintenance.
- Maintain and organize machine and maintenance data.
- Promote quality improvements and provide training.
- Demonstrate leadership in attendance and attitude.
- May assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
