TekPro, in Blaine, MN, is helping a growing precision manufacturing partner recruit experienced CNC Machinists, Setup Machinists, and CNC Operators for direct-hire opportunities across multiple shifts. The role offers a clean, modern environment with advanced CNC equipment and stable, consistent work.

You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, perform tooling changes, and inspect parts with precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Experience with tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Fanuc/Haas/Okuma control familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture high-precision components.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts during machining using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet specs.

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists, Setup Machinists, and CNC Operators for direct-hire opportunities across multiple shifts.This is a great opportunity for machinists who want to work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment with advanced CNC equipment, consistent work, and opportunities to continue developing their setup and machining skills.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate CNC machining equipment to manufacture high-precision components.Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments for production runs.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions.Inspect parts throughout the machining process using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.Make necessary machine and tooling adjustments to maintain dimensional requirements and part quality.Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot basic production or tooling issues.Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet customer specifications.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.What We're Looking ForPrevious CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining equipment.CNC setup experience is highly preferred for higher-level machinist openings.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances.Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.Comfortable performing tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Experience with Fanuc-controlled equipment, Haas, Doosan, Okuma, or similar CNC machinery is a plus.5-axis machining experience is a plus but not required for all openings.Available Shifts1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM + 10% shift premiumWeekend Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM + 25% shift premiumWhy Consider This Opportunity?Full-time, direct-hire positionMultiple shifts availablePremium pay for 2nd and weekend shiftsModern CNC machining equipmentOpportunity to work with complex, high-precision componentsGrowth opportunities for CNC operators and experienced setup machinists
