Job summary

TekPro, in Blaine, MN, is helping a growing precision manufacturing partner recruit experienced CNC Machinists, Setup Machinists, and CNC Operators for direct-hire opportunities across multiple shifts. You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, perform tooling changes, and inspect parts with precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Experience with tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Fanuc/Haas/Okuma control familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture high-precision components.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts during machining using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet specs.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
