Job summary

Enjet Aero seeks a CNC Machinist for weekend days in Sullivan, MO. The role sets up and programs CNC machines, runs production with strict GD&T tolerances, and documents SPC results. You will collaborate with engineering and programming to improve tooling and processes.

The shift is Friday–Sunday 5:00 AM–5:30 PM (36 hours plus a 4-hour bonus, totaling 40 hours) with a 25% shift differential. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to support your career in aerospace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machine operation.
• Read and understand blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with changing tools, performing offsets and quality checks on parts.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff.

Position Description:

The CNC Machinist performs detailed machine setups, CNC programming, machine process improvement and troubleshooting, and produces machined parts. The position is for WEEKEND Days shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM; working 36 hours and receiving a 4-hour bonus, totaling 40 hours, also includes a 25% shift differential.
