Enjet Aero is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the weekend night shift in Erie, PA. You will load parts, set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and EDM equipment to produce precision aerospace components, ensuring parts meet customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Load parts and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM).
• Ensure continuous production of parts meeting customer expectations.
• Perform minor edits of CNC programs and replace tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, indicators, calipers, and other QA tools.
• Maintain quality standards per the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and document performance issues and report to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and supervisors.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM.

Position Description:

The CNC Machine Operator produces machined parts by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The position is for WEEKEND NIGHT shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM; working 36 hours and receiving a 4 hour bonus, totaling 40 hours, also includes a 35% shift differential.

• Load parts and operate machines (Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM)
• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
• Perform minor edits of CNC program and replace tooling as needed
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
• Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM
