Job summary

Enjet Aero, LLC is seeking a CNC Machine Operator on the night shift to produce machined parts for aerospace components in Erie, PA. The role requires operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday from 4 pm to 4 am with a 20% shift differential; training on day shift is available. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan, with a company profit-sharing bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred.
• Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Load parts and operate machines (Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM).
• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations.
• Perform minor edits of CNC program and replace tooling as needed.
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Position Description:

The CNC Machine Operator produces machined parts by operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

This position is 2 nd shift and hours are Monday – Thursday 4 pm – 4 am.Must be available to train on 1 st shift. This shift pays an additional 20% shift differential.

• Load parts and operate machines (Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM)
