Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and positioning using micrometers and calipers.
• Determine proper feeds, speeds, and material removal for cutting and finishing.
• Set up machines, select tools and materials, and regulate conditions for quality output.
• Maintain accurate job and attendance records; follow safety and plant policies.
