Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates machine tools to cut, shape and form metal stock and castings to exact sizes using detailed drawings and CAD specifications.
• Determines dimensions and tolerances of job to be machined.
• Uses machine tools ranging from lathes to milling machines; may operate CNC controlled machines.
• Utilizes precision measuring instruments to check accuracy of work
