Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of related machine shop experience.
• Math skills with emphasis on plane and solid geometry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical materials.
• Machining training or apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate machine tools to cut, shape and form metal stock and castings to exact sizes.
• Determine dimensions and tolerances from drawings and CAD specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to check accuracy of work.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals.
