Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using WorkNC CAM software for milling, drilling and tapping tasks.
• Perform setup and run CNC programs on assigned equipment per production schedule.
• Change cutting tools and adjust feeds and speeds as required.
• Review blueprints and prepare upcoming jobs to minimize setup times.
• Inspect machined parts using precision equipment to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean work area and perform start-up checks on machines.
• Record timekeeping details per job and assist with preventive maintenance.
