Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Machinist/Programmer in Panama City, FL. The role involves manufacturing parts from various materials, operating CNC and conventional machines, and interpreting complex drawings with GD&T. You will develop CAM tool paths for 5-axis CNC systems and optimize speeds, feeds, and tooling.

Strong precision and setup skills are required. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
• 6 years of experience as a Machinist on conventional and CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture parts from castings, forgings, and other raw stocks using metallic and non-metallic materials.
• Operate conventional and CNC machine tools performing boring, drilling, milling, turning, cutting, engraving, sawing and grinding.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T, comply with standards and technical instructions.
• Develop work setups to maximize product quality.
• Create tool paths for 5-axis CNC using CAM software and optimize cutting speeds and feeds.
• Perform precision handwork and use measuring devices to finish and assemble machined parts.
