Qualifications

• Ten years of management experience with 5+ years in a production environment including fabrication and shop execution.
• Experience with fabrication processes for prototypes with stringent requirements.
• Experience being the prime interface for customers, addressing cost and time estimates and providing status updates.
• Experience coordinating internal activities to prioritize tasks and ensure completion by assigning tasks to skilled personnel.
• Experience using shop equipment capabilities such as CAD, CAM, and CNC machinery.
