Qualifications

• Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED and 8 years CNC experience/programming.
• Proficient with Solidworks/Inventor.
• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and operate CNC live tool lathes.
• Program, setup and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Set up and operate general shop equipment (shears, drill presses, manual mills and lathes).
• Program CNC machines using CAM software.
• Review drawings, instructions, blueprints and tolerances.
• Take precise measurements using calipers, height gauges, etc., to ensure quality.
