Job summary

Rock Exotica, based in Utah, is seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist to lead programming, tooling design, and process verification for mills and lathes. The role requires in-depth CNC knowledge, CAD/CAM programming, and fixture design to meet production goals.

You will train staff, collaborate with engineers, and drive continuous improvement in the machine shop while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience as CNC Programmer/Machinist.
• Ability to use gauges, calipers and other measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Program 3, 4, and 5 axis machining centers.
• Train Leads, Setup Techs, and Operators on new programs.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
