Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational machining preferred.
• 10 years CNC setup experience on Haas, DMG, Mazak milling and DMG lathe.
• Knowledge of 4/5 axis setups, live tooling, and Y axis live tooling is a plus.
• Ability to work with ITAR data and products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to select machining operations.
• Measure and inspect parts to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
• Adhere to ISO/AS9100 requirements and FAI documentation.
