Job summary

Paragon Medical, a business of AMETEK, is seeking a CNC Machinist to program, set up and run CNC Machining Centers to produce complex parts with minimal supervision. You will assist in developing new processes and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates bring 3-6 years of CNC experience in manufacturing, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to provide operational feedback for continued process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in a manufactring environment with CNC experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Provide written operational feedback for both new and repeating jobs to aid in process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various CNC machines to produce parts.
• Write and qualify CNC programs that produce parts conforming to print requirements.
• Meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Monitor tool life and replace cutting tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot programming and in-process production issues.
• Provide written operational feedback for both new and repeating jobs to aid in process improvement efforts.
