Job summary

Responsibilities include program troubleshooting, training of staff, and collaboration with engineers to resolve issues while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5–10 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T, and to edit CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate parts.
• Review drawings, determine dimensions and tolerances, and plan operations.
• Align fixtures and tools, adjust controls for speeds/feeds, and verify tolerances with measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot programs, train staff, and ensure ISO-quality adherence.
• Communicate with engineers to resolve machining or assembly issues.
