Job summary

Allegion currently seeks a skilled CNC Machinist for our Snoqualmie, WA facility. You will set up and machine production, prototype and R&D parts using multiple machine tools, including CNC milling and cutting. Expect to work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or better, 5+ years CNC experience (3 and 5 axis), and proficiency in G-code. Strong math and reading drawings are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or 2-year degree in Machine Technology preferred.
• At least 5+ years CNC machinist experience, including programming, setup and operation of CNC milling/cutting machines.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and G-code.

Responsibilities

• Machine precision parts for production and R&D.
• Measure and document cost of producing parts relative to time and materials.
• Inspect own work and others using precision tools.
• Maintain equipment and set up machines; operate CNC machining and cutting equipment.
• Assist in tooling and fixture design with programming team.
