Voith Paper is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate a range of machine tools for precision roller components used in paper machinery. You will read blueprints, select tools, and maintain tight tolerances while following safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years’ CNC experience, strong programming and setup skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with conversational and G-code.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all procedures.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers to produce precision components.
• Read blueprints and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and attachments.
• Monitor operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
• Make adjustments to achieve tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts and document production data.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes.
