Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
• Perform offsets and tool changes to optimize cycles.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Document production results and report quality issues.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean workstation.
