Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist is a full-time, on-site role located in Gardena, CA. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce parts to specification, including reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Daily tasks include selecting and installing tooling, loading materials, performing test runs, adjusting machine settings, and verifying dimensions using measuring instruments. The CNC Machinist will inspect finished parts for accuracy, document production results, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve machining issues and maintain workflow. The role also involves routine machine maintenance, adherence to safety procedures, and consistent application of quality standards.

• Experience machining various materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, alloy steels, and plastics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in machining or CNC operation is preferred.
