Job summary

All Fill Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines for precision parts. The role requires reading engineering drawings, interpreting GD&T, and maintaining high-quality outputs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include setting up mills and lathes, loading materials, verifying first runs, and troubleshooting to improve efficiency while adhering to safety and QA standards. A 2+ year track record and Mazak exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a CNC machinist.
• Mazak programming experience is a huge plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Program mills and lathes with instructions and offsets.
• Set up mills and lathes with chucks, tools, and attachments.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Verify settings and first-run parts against specifications.
• Supervise machines and troubleshoot malfunctions to optimize quality.
• Maintain safe operations by following procedures and regulations.
• Inspect finished products against requirements and document results.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Record actions and communicate needs across shifts.
• Complete production and quality logs.
• Update knowledge through educational materials.
