Job summary

You will read blueprints and diagrams to position and secure tooling, and adjust settings to complete tasks accurately and on time. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and may have completed an apprenticeship or formal training with 2–4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC mills, including setup, operation, and first article inspection.
• Experience with aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium jobs.
• Tolerances of .0002” on bore and runout; high-speed rotation.
• CNC equipment: Ikegai lathes, TU15 model.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a CNC production machine per procedures.
• Read blueprints/diagrams to position and secure tooling.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Work under supervision with defined guidelines.
