Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of CNC lathe/mill experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to set up CNC lathes/mills and inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers for production runs.
• Operate machining equipment while maintaining production quantities and quality.
• Perform changeovers and setup adjustments.
• Inspect machined components using micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Verify finished products meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Record production activity and maintain accurate counts.
• Support continuous improvement in machining processes.
