Job Purpose

The Production Machinist (Level 1) at Precision Medical Technologies is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality medical components. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet industry standards and client specifications, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines and other production equipment to manufacture medical components according to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machinery as required.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new machinery and production techniques.

QualificationsRequired Education

Required Experience
