Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Missouri. The role runs Mon-Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, offering a competitive hourly wage and a path to growth in a growing local business.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Must be able to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Able to interpret Geometric Tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Use precision and cutting tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet specs.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
